1. You will receive a map with the booking. The apartment is only 10 min's from the airport.Approx
£8.00 in a taxi.
2.When you book the apartment a £50 non refundable deposit will be required,( This will secure your
booking ).The remaining balance will be required 8 weeks before arrival date.
3.Yes,Once a week there will be new bed linen.You will not need to bring towels.( unless long
let i.e 2 weeks + )
Extra towels / Extra Bed lining and Extra cleaning can be arranged for you at Extra cost.
4. We recommend that you shop around for flights,prices can vary a lot dependant on area and dates CLICK HERE FOR CHEAP FLIGHTS.
5.In the resort you will have to pay a deposit of 100 euros £70 approx to our agent. On departure
of the villa you will get this deposit back in cash, unless of course there are damages.
6. Our Apartment has 2 single bed's in 1 bedroom.There is a fold down double sofa bed in the lounge.
The apartment can sleep upto 4 people.Ideal for families.
7. Pet's are not allowed.
8. The nearest supermarket is approx 50m from main reception. 1-2 minute walk.
9. The apartment has 1 small step approx 7" droping to the entrance and is flat within the ground
floor apartment itself.There is a ramp into the main reception.There is sufficient room for wheel chair access throughout
the complex although the surface is not 100%smooth ( this is spain ). The bath / shower area has No hand rails to aid. In
my opinion it would be fine for diasbled persons with some mobility or an aid/helper.If you have any doubt please ask me for
more details.
10. Our apartment is not the most luxurious apartment in fuerteventura.But is sited right
in the centre of the town.Many of the new build apartments are set a long way from the town up a steep hill ( Chipmonk
mountain ).Many people including locals will get a taxi home up chipmonk mountain as the walk is to much.We are just a 5 minute
walk to beach and 2-3 minutes from shops,bars,eateries,and the famous saturday market.
